Twisters Northcote offers TeamGFA which is a program that combines tumbling, trampoline, acrobatics, dance, flexibility, jumps and team lifts.
Gymnasts who train in the program will work on their skills with the aim of putting together a team floor routine, which will be competed at an annual competition, FusionFX. Teams for this competition can be made up of gymnasts of any gender, age and ability, with a minimum of 6 participants, and no maximum!
Gymnasts will also work on team building and enhancing activities, in attempts to encourage strong friendships within this social and inclusive environment.
TeamGFA is a fantastic option for recreational gymnasts who are interested in developing their floor, tumbling and acrobatic skills in a fun and supportive team environment. For those keen gymnasts, this would also be a great addition to accompany their Badge & Stars class!
