NINJAGYM

NinjaGym is a dynamic program designed by Twisters, which is perfect for kids who have boundless energy!

A combination of ninja, gymnastics, obstacle course and parkour skills, including jumping, climbing, swinging, leaping, rolling and flipping. Kids work on their strength, agility, coordination and fitness in this high energy program, which challenges kids and helps them to grow through movement.

Our NinjaGym program is broken into age groups, and then further into skill levels; Intro, Flow, Tempo and Pro. Ninjas will receive a poster, relevant to their level, listing the skills they’re working to achieve, allowing them and their parents to clearly and easily track their progress. To ensure success the skills and levels are broken down into simple progressions.

This program welcomes children of all abilities, 4 years and up, to train on equipment and through circuits, designed to bring out the ninja within!

Our classes continue throughout the year and your child may commence at any time. When you book your child in for a trial, or enrol them in a class, your child will automatically be booked/enrolled into the next available class, at the day/time you selected.

Please ensure that you book your child’s trial or enrol for your selected class, in the week that you would like your child to commence. We are unable to book/enrol your child for a future date, holding vacant spots in classes.

Our NinjaGym posters lists the skills which your child will be developing in training. To ensure progress and success, the skills of each level have been broken down into achievable steps.

As each skill is displayed and achieved, during mid-year and end-of-year testing sessions, stars are awarded to be placed on the poster. Once all skills of each colour level have been mastered, the appropriate coloured headband will be awarded, and your child is ready to move to the next level.
