ENROLLING AT TWISTERS
We want to make sure that the process for enrolling in a class at Twisters is as seamless as possible.

You hear about us...
You check out our website (there is a lot of great information on here). You read over the FAQ’s page to learn more about what you can expect at Twisters, before heading over to our Classes section to learn about what program is right for your child.
When you’re ready, you head to our Parent Portal and use the filters to find the class you’d like to join, at the location you’d like to attend.
Now you simply need to follow the prompts through creating an account and booking your child in for a trial. You will need to put your credit card details into the system to completed your booking, but will not be charged at this time.
or, if your desired class is full, you can create an account and follow the prompts through to add your child to the class wait list(s). Our office will get in touch when there is a space available so that we can get a trial organised.
Once you’ve booked your trial, you will get a generic confirmation from the system. Our office will then follow up with a more detailed email with everything you need to get going at Twisters.
You attend your trial class!
You love your trial and want to continue! You can let us know at the desk, via email, or wait for us to follow up!Please check your class confirmation email for when your first membership fees will be charged to your nominated card. You’re all sorted and will continue in the same class moving forward!
or, you decide to not go ahead (for now). No worries, please let us know in the week following your trial so we can remove your child from the class list, you will also be charged for your trial class at this time. We hope to see you again in the future!
