🌟 Core Value Coach Awards 🌟
Congratulations to the following coaches for being the July winners of the Core Value Coach Awards!
NORTHCOTE – Coach Eloise was awarded for the core value of ‘Dedication to go Beyond’. Eloise has made a mini lesson plan out of her Tricksters goals to ensure students get to work on them every class within their regular program. Eloise is also always more than happy to help out the team when needed, whether it’s being moved to help a different class, adjusting her shift or doing covers, she does it all with enthusiasm and a smile on her face! 🙂
SHOWGROUNDS – Coach Bridgit was awarded for the core value of ‘We Make Our Mates Better’. She has recently taken on a number of cover shifts at Showgrounds, consistently making herself available and showing a strong willingness to support her fellow coaches. Bridgits dedication to helping out wherever she can is truly appreciated. By taking on additional classes, Bridgit has broadened her experience and extended her own learning, working with a diverse range of Gymnasts and Ninjas. This commitment is clearly reflected in the growth of her coaching knowledge and skills.
TORQUAY – Coach Lily was awarded for the core value of ‘Be Curious and Brave’. Lily has been very curious and brave when it comes to navigating our new Tribe system. Lily is not afraid to ask questions, dig through the system to find answers and support our customers with using Tribe. Great work Lily!

Gymnast of the Month
Congratulations to our Gymnasts of the Month!

Northcote GoM | Josie
Here is what Coach Harriet had to say…
I nominated Josie for gymnast of the month due to her spectacular ability to promote curiosity and bravery. Josie embodies these values both through eagerness to adapt and progress skills, alongside the trust she has built in herself when attempting a challenging task. Despite any hesitations Josie may feel, she rarely turns down an opportunity to improve her gymnastics. Furthermore Josie’s ongoing commitment to curiosity and bravery is infectious within our class environment. Josie is an asset, often being the first to rise to a challenge, and emboldening her teammates to do the same. Emerging as a leader, Josie is truly committed to perpetual self-improvement, and inspires others to do the same. Thank you, Josie, for being an aweseom GoM. Keep up the amazing work! 🌟

Showgrounds GoM | Quinn
Here is why Coach Celia nominated Quinn…
I have had the absolute pleasure of coaching/seeing Quinn around the gym since she was 2 and doing Tiny Tornadoes with her lovely Nana. Quinn is now in our Badge & Stars program and smashing it! It’s been so great to see the growth and development she has had and how much she still continues to enjoy it. Every week, she brings a big smile, and her fun and energy is more than contagious as she always gets the other kids in an excited mood too! She also embodies our other core value of We Make Our Mates Better, as she’s always more than willing to help out a friend wherever she can, whether that’s helping them with an activity they forgot or having a partner and making everyone feel welcome! Quinn is always willing to try new activities, loves playing gymnastics at home and is always striving to be better and learn more!
