Jnr Tricksters - high-energy gymnastics for 4 to 7 year olds

For kids who love to jump, climb, swing, roll and explore, Jnr Tricksters is a high-energy place to give it all a go. Inspired by gymnastics, tumbling and ninja, classes help children build strength, agility and coordination while gaining the confidence to try new skills. Each class includes different zones, from fitness circuits and strength challenges to Beat the Coach, where children can put their skills to the test.

With Beginner and Intermediate Jnr Tricksters classes, every child starts at a level that suits them and works through achievable steps across five levels: White, Yellow, Orange, Green and Blue. Coaches support progress in every class, with formal progress checks in Terms 2 and 4.

When a child achieves a colour level, they earn a matching Tricksters headband to wear to class – a moment worth celebrating! Jnr Tricksters welcomes children of all abilities from 4yr-7yrs. From age 8, they can continue their journey in Tricksters, our program for ages 8–16+.

Our classes continue throughout the year and your child may commence at any time.

Please ensure that you book your child’s first class in the week that you would like your child to commence. We are unable to book/enrol your child for a future date, holding vacant spots in classes.

Our Jnr Tricksters programme has a list of skills which your child will be developing in training. To ensure progress and success, the skills of each level have been broken down into achievable steps.

As each skill is displayed and achieved, during mid-year and end-of-year testing sessions, these will be marked off on Tribe. Once all skills of each colour level have been mastered, the appropriate coloured headband will be awarded, and your child is ready to move to the next level.
