Twisters - May 2024

Exciting News!
We are moving our current management software (iClassPro) to a new system called Tribe. Some highlights of the new system will include:
🌟 Tribe is a web-based system that you can access through your browser on a phone, tablet, or laptop – you do not need to install an app!
🌟 Tribe has a very simple parent portal where you can swap between suitable classes with immediately approval, submit your class absence and automatically receive a makeup voucher, book your makeup classes, request a class upgrade, communicate with our Team Leaders by submitting a case and so much more…
🌟 You will have access to download invoices for every payment made to Twisters
🌟 You will be able to make direct debit payments from your bank account, rather than only from your credit card
🌟 You will even be able to choose between fortnightly billing periods, or monthly billing periods, depending on what works best for you and your family!
We are very excited to bring you these changes soon, we know you will love Tribe as much as we do!

Layers = warmth!
Winter is well and truly underway, and feeling extra chilly at the moment! Please dress your child for the weather, layers can be your best friend inside the gym. The kids can wear them until they’re warm and then just remove a layer as needed!

Gymnast of the Month
Congratulations to our Gymnasts of the Month!

Northcote GoM | Grace

Here is why Coach Zoe voted for Grace…
I chose Grace as she has been working so incredibly hard this semester! She has been displaying our Core Value -Be Curious and Brave- frequently in class, she has been pushing herself to try more challenging skills and is doing her absolute best to give everything a go. Grace’s progression this year has been amazing and I am so proud of how far she’s come! She is an absolute pleasure to coach and I’m so excited to continue seeing her grow in our classes. Keep working hard Grace, your efforts have not gone unnoticed!

I have been teaching Abigail since the start of the year, every Saturday she comes into class with the biggest of smles and is always enthusiastic to do any activity. Abigail has demonstrated perfectly our core value ‘Fun and Energy is Contagious and ‘Dedication to go Beyond’ by practicing her gymnastic skills even outside of class and has even managed to master her one-handed cartwheel! Great work Abigail, keep up your gymnastics and it will give you the ability to do some very awesome things!

I have nominated Elena as she always comes into the gym with the biggest smile on her face!! Elena always comes in with a positive attitude, eager to learn and to have lots of fun. She always tries hard, is keen to hear feedback from the coaches and is always friendly and kind to everyone in the class. Elena is consistently showing our core value ‘fun & energy is contagious’ by coming into class with the biggest smile on her face, and having fun with the coaches and the other gymnasts in the class – she’s always making me laugh!
