Class Times and Traffic Flow
To help with our parking situation and to avoid congestion inside of our venues, particularly Northcote, we work with staggered class times. Why? We want to ensure we have parking spaces available and a clear foyer/mezzanine area for when the next lot of parents and participants arrive!
How can you help with this? We simply ask that you avoid arriving more than 5 minutes before your child’s scheduled class or hang around for more than 10 minutes after your child’s class (unless of course, you are waiting for a sibling or something along those lines).
This will help us with congestion inside the venue and outside in our carparks.
We really appreciate your help with this, and we know other parents will appreciate the consideration too! 💜

Continuity of Care Experience
One of our long standing Coaches, Kristiana, is studying midwifery and is looking for 10 women to follow on their pregnancy journey. We want to support Kristiana on this journey, so for more information and for Kristiana’s contact details, please follow this link to give her a hand!

Cancellations and Makeups
Thinking of cancelling your child’s Twisters membership?
We can help you with that! But a quick reminder that we do require 14-days written notice. Meaning you can either submit a ‘Drop’ request through the Parent Portal or email us on admin@twistersgym.com.au.
We cannot refund you for unused makeup tokens, they hold no monetary value and are given as a grace for classes you have had to miss. They must be used while your child has an active enrolment with Twisters, so they will remain on your account if you decide to cancel and then re-join Twisters later on, but you cannot cancel your membership and then continue to use these tokens.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the office!

Class Closures
Did you know classes run all year round at Showground and Torquay? You heard that right! Gymnastics is on every week so the kids can keep up with their gymnastics, even throughout school holidays! That being said, we do close for public holidays. If you’re ever unsure of our closure dates please visit our Important Dates page on the website.
For Northcote, we break for the first week of each school holidays and the second week our classes run as per usual.

Child Safety Corner
Permission to Leave Without a Parent or Guardian
As part of our commitment to being a child safe organisation, Twisters requires a parent or guardian to collect their child from our foyers at the end of their class. If you wish to grant permission for your child to leave Twisters without being accompanied by their parent or guardian, please complete a permission to leave form (this form can be found at our front desks or can be requested via email on admin@twistersgym.com.au). Once filled out, simply return it to the front desk or via email, so that your child’s Coach or other Twisters staff member can get this set-up to allow this to occur moving forwards.

👉 September 18th | Northcote classes finish
👉 September 23rd | Grand Final Day (all locations and our office will be closed)
