Twisters - May 2024

iClass Pro App Reminder
We have a wonderful, easy to use app for parents! The iClass Pro app allows parents to book in make-up classes, mark their child absent, request to transfer their class and book into holiday programs. This becomes extra handy when Progress Checks are in progress. If you haven’t already, you can download the iClassPro App from your app store and get started right away!
👉 Make sure you search for exactly that – ‘the iClassPro app’.
👉 Then, and this is very important, ensure you put in the correct organisation name, which is ‘twistersgym’ – all lower case and no spaces. You’ll know you’re in the right place because the landing page is purple (if the landing page is red, you’re trying to get into the Canadian Twisters).
👉 Lastly, you just need to enter your Parent Portal credentials and you’re set!

Need to miss class?
Did you know you can use the iClass Pro App to mark a student as absent for an upcoming class! Just follow the quick steps below, and when the session wraps up, a makeup token will be ready and waiting. It’s that easy – no stress, just smooth sailing!
👉 Open The iClass Pro App and log in, remembering to enter our organisation is ‘twistersgym’
👉 On the bottom toolbar, click ‘Account’ followed by ‘Students’ then choosing the child
👉 A list of options will appear, here you will press ‘future absences’ then ‘by enrolment’
👉 Simply pick the absence date/s, and press ‘submit’

Here is why Coach Maia and Isla voted for Ruby…
I chose Ruby for Gymnast of the Month because she consistently brings a great attitude to gymnastics and always is so kind to both her coaches and her classmates. She always has a smile on her face and brings such a positive vibe to class! She is always spreading positivity, cheering people up, and making sure everyone is included, demonstrating our core value of making our mates better! Ruby always tries her best, never gives up, and never fails to make us laugh! Congrats Ruby!
