From our Twisters family to yours, thank you for another wonderful year!
We have closed our doors for the Christmas season, Showgrounds will return to classes on Monday 8th January, Northcote and Torquay from Monday 15th January.

No Phones Reminder
Friendly reminder that you will no longer be able to contact Twisters via phone call in 2024.
We strongly encourage all member families to download and use the iClassPro App (download for Apple, download for Android), which is very easy to use and has the features that you need; from marking your child absent, scheduling makeup classes, to checking on your child’s skill progress, or requesting a transfer of your child’s class, updating your credit card details and much more.
Our administration staff, who are so often tied down playing phone tennis, will now have the freedom to serve you much better, in person at your Twisters gym, or via other more reliable, prompt and accurate communication methods; online chat, email, Facebook, and Instagram.
Back to Basics
In the beginning of a new year we want to provide some time for students to get acquainted with their new classmates, coaches, and new schedule. You may feel your child isn’t being challenged during this first fortnight, however please keep in mind we pull our progressions right back to ensure students have time to settle into routine. It is important that students have an appropriate amount of time to get their bodies used to moving for gymnastics again.
If after this fortnight you have any questions, you’re most welcome to approach your coach pre/post class for some support, also a handy way to get to know your new coach!
Lost Property
If you left something at one of our gyms in 2023, please make sure to get in touch so that we can place it aside for you to pick up in the new year. We clean out our lost property at the commencement of each new month and we would love to see less items missing their homes, so just reach out and we’ll help track your item down!

👉 January 8th | last date to request your 2024 deposit back if you no longer plan to continue
👉 January 8th | Showgrounds classes begin for 2024
👉 January 8th | January membership fees will be charged (1st business day of each month following)
👉 January 15th | Northcote and Torquay classes begin for 2024
👉 February 1st | monthly membership fees will be charged

Northcote GoM | Katerina
Here is why Coach Jen nominated Katerina…
Katerina has been attending Tiny Tornadoes at Twisters for almost a year now. I have witnessed her work so hard since day one, and every day since, to achieve this accomplishment. I can’t think of anyone who deserves it more. Kat has set an amazing example for everyone in class, always showing up with a positive and ready to go attitude. Kat’s perseverance and resilience is an inspiration to all her peers. I’m so proud of Kat, congratulations on this incredible milestone. I can’t wait to watch Kat grow as a gymnast and progress.

Here is why Coaches Erica and Courtney nominated Hamish…
We’d like to nominate Hamish for Gymnast of the Month due to him always trying his hardest at whatever task he is presented with. He attempts everything with the biggest smile on his face. He is a bubbly bright personality that brings a smile to faces every week. We have really enjoyed seeing Hamish progress from Tinies to Badge & Stars and the growth and confidence that has developed since he started with us!
