Northcote loading bay is not a carpark
Northcote has 18 allocated car parks for you to use upon drop off/pickup.  Please kindly note that our loading bay is not an option for parking cars or bikes. This loading bay must be left empty by customers and accessible for staff members at all times as it may also be needed in the case of an emergency.

Are your contact details up to date?
We want to take a moment to remind our customers that having up-to-date contact details on your account is very important.
We recommend that you provide us with two contact numbers, if possible, in case we need to get in touch with you quickly during a class.

Twisters 2024 Member T-shirt results are in!
Winning with flying colours, option number 2 pulled 52% of the vote.
We can’t wait to see you all in this exciting new t-shirt in the new year!

Make-Up Token Reminder
A reminder that makeup tokens cannot be used in place of payment for an ongoing enrolment.
Makeup tokens hold no monetary value and must be used in the traditional way, to book into extra makeup classes throughout the week.
If you ever need some support in booking these makeup sessions in, please don’t hesitate to approach the front desk, send through an email, or give us a call.

Upcoming Holiday Programs and Workshops
As we quickly approach the next round of school holidays, we wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with some reminders:
• Make-up tokens cannot be used as a form of payment for holiday programs. This offering came to an end at the beginning of 2023, you can read Dan’s personal and honest blog post about this here.
• Twisters does not offer government subsidies for any of holiday programs.
• As Northcote runs classes through one week of the school holidays, we only offer full and half day programs during the first week of school holidays, and workshops during the second.
If you would like to book into one of our next programs or workshops, you can book in here!

iClassPro App
We have a wonderful, easy to use app for parents! The iClass Pro app allows parents to book in make-up classes, mark their child absent, request to transfer their class and book into holiday programs. If you haven’t already, you can download the iClassPro App from your app store and get started right away!
📲 Make sure you search for exactly that – ‘the iClassPro app’.
📲 Then, and this is very important, ensure you put in the correct organisation name, which is ‘twistersgym’ – all lower case and no spaces. You’ll know you’re in the right place because the landing page is purple (if the landing page is red, you’re trying to get into the Canadian Twisters).
📲 Lastly, you just need to pop in your Parent Portal details and you’re set!

Important Dates
👉 September 1st | monthly membership fees will be charged
👉 September 17th | Northcote classes conclude (no break for Showgrounds or Torquay as your classes run year round)

Gymnast of the Month
Congratulations to our August Gymnasts of the Month!

Northcote GoM | Audra

Coach Zoe nominated Audra, here is what she had to say…
I chose Audra for GoM because they have shown impressive progression and their attitude is amazing! They are always willing to try new skills and put themselves out of their comfort zone. Every time Audra comes to class they always have such a bright smile on their face and their dedication to gymnastics is incredible. Audra is such a pleasure to teach, they always ask questions if unsure and their kindness is infectious! They always are keen to listen to the activities and always gives their best effort – this has definitely not gone unnoticed and it’s amazing to watch them progress every week. Audra should be very proud of their efforts and I am so excited to watch them grow and challenge themselves as a gymnast, and continue to be so outstanding!

Showgrounds GoM | Jai Dee

Coach Sophie nominated Jai Dee, here is what she had to say…
I am nominating Jai Dee for GoM due to her remarkable enthusiasm, unwavering dedication, and constant progress in her skills. Her exceptional listening skills, kindness towards friends, and resilient work ethic set her apart. Watching her enter the gym each week with a beaming smile is truly inspiring!

Torquay GoM | Adele

Here is why Adele was nominated…
Adele is such a patient and kind hard working gymnast, she gives everything a go and put 100% into every skill she tries. If there is ever a fellow gymnast that needs a partner or is unsure, Adele goes above and beyond to make them feel welcome in our class and she should be so proud of herself. I can’t wait to see her continue to grow into the amazing gymnast that she is! Well done Adele, keep being you!!
